Financial Reporting Chair: Todd Taylor Accumulate, analyze, review, and disseminate information in the areas of internal and external financial accounting and reporting, significant to the oil and gas industry and members of COPAS. Topics related to the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements will be discussed. The Financial Reporting Committee shall stay abreast of changes to current practices regarding compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding their impact on COPAS publications.
