Membership Committee Chair: Amanda Streitmatter The Society President-Elect shall serve as Membership Chair in accordance with COPAS OKC Society Bylaws. Responsibilities include: · Maintain membership information on the COPAS National Website · Distribute membership applications for renewal and prospective members in July · Send meeting announcements and the Society newsletter to members each month · Receive RSVP from members for monthly membership meetings · Provide check-in for members at membership meetings · Serve as Tally Committee for meetings that require membership voting The committee meets as needed.
