Midstream / Downstream Committee Chair: Open The Midstream / Downstream Committee will address issues related to the areas of midstream and downstream accounting and assist with COPAS documents that address these topics. The committee will also host technical speaker presentations as needed. The committee meets regularly on the same day as the society membership meeting.
